The Board of Directors has opened the application process of the John George Scholarship Award for 2023.

City of Plantation property owners with outstanding fines and liens for Code violations certified as of November 9, 2022 are eligible for the Amnesty Program. The last day to reach out is Tuesday, May 9, 2023.

Your Relay For Life team, Acres for Life, is hosting a HipPOPs fundraiser this Monday, April 3rd, from 5-8PM. It will be located at 11831 NW 9th Street within Middle Acres. Come enjoy a handcrafted gelato & sorbet on-a-stick, dipped in HipPOPs Signature Belgian Chocolate and topped to perfection with their premium toppings. Samira Shalan, Director of the City of Plantation Engineering Department, will provide updates during our March 21st meeting. Topics will include our traffic calming application and initiatives along with North Acres Park.

To control rate increases effective March 15th, 2023, AAA will no longer insure homes built prior to 1995. Policies that are written and bound prior to March 15th well be grandfathered in. Don’t wait till your policy renews and miss the deadline. Take advantage of the AAA – PAHA partnership. On average Plantation Acres residents are saving $4,000 per year on their insurance with our package policy protecting their homes and autos. Phillip Kittell of AAA – The Auto Club Group will update us Tuesday during our association meeting.
