Samira Shalan, Director of the City of Plantation Engineering Department, will provide updates during our March 21st meeting. Topics will include our traffic calming application and initiatives along with North Acres Park.

To control rate increases effective March 15th, 2023, AAA will no longer insure homes built prior to 1995. Policies that are written and bound prior to March 15th well be grandfathered in. Don’t wait till your policy renews and miss the deadline. Take advantage of the AAA – PAHA partnership. Thanks to everyone who wrote, called, posted, showed up, stood up and spoke up, Zoom will be back for the next city council meeting 1/25. And the Short Term Vacation Rental ordinance changes had their first reading. And also 4th Street Estates, 4 homes, each on one acre, was approved as part of the formerly known Reflections project.
