Plantation Baptist Church is seeking to host community events as well as provide enrichment classrooms and auxiliary space. The site modifications propose adding a 33,677 SF gym building east of the existing church.
The building will contain basketball courts, retractable seating,
a stage, storage, 7 classrooms (600 SF each), a commercial kitchen, formal building lobby, support offices, restrooms and other interior support spaces, as well as an exterior gathering space between the new building and the existing building.
