The Board of the Plantation Acres Homeowners Association (PAHA) supports the transition of the Plantation Acres Improvement District (PAID) from an Independent District of the State of Florida to a Dependent District under the City of Plantation. At its meeting on Monday, April 27, the PAHA Board unanimously voted in favor of this transition.
The Board believes this change will enhance accountability, improve operational efficiency, provide access to a broader range of resources, and ensure more consistent and standardized governmental processes under a single, centralized authority. PAHA’s position in support of this transition does not detract the Board's appreciation for the hard work and dedication demonstrated by the PAID Commissioners over the past year.
