A public hearing of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report will be held before the City Council meeting on March 30 at 6:10PM. This report consists of management’s representations concerning the financial operation and condition of the City. State law requires that all general-purpose local governments publish a complete set of financial statements within nine months of the close of each fiscal year. The financial statements included in this report conform with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and are audited by a firm of licensed certified public accountants in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America. This report consists of management’s representations concerning the financial operation and condition of the City.
