Citizens wishing to provide input for the meeting on any agenda item or a non-agendaed item, may share public comment in-person at the meeting OR may register to provide virtual comments during the meeting. Preregistration shall be REQUIRED by 5 p.m. on the day before the meeting to provide City staff sufficient time to provide instructions to citizens for comment during the meeting.
Citizens that wish to speak on quasi-judicial agenda items, must provide in-person comments at the meeting.
